Your source material must be clearly marked as: in the public domain, have a ‘no known copyright restrictions’ statement or have a Creative Commons license which allows for reuse (CC0, CC BY, CC BY-SA). You have time until October 31 (End of Day, Anywhere on Earth) to enter up to 3 GIFs, using still images or video.
