To enter GIF IT UP, you need to make a GIF with material found in one of the following sources: Europeana, Digital Public Library of America, Digital NZ, Trove, Japan Search, DAG Museums or Art Institute of Chicago. Your source material must be clearly marked as: in the public domain, have a ‘no known copyright restrictions’ statement or have a Creative Commons license which allows for reuse (CC0, CC BY, CC BY-SA). You have time until October 31 to enter up to 3 GIFs, using still images or video.
