It\u2019s run by <a href=\"https:\/\/europeana.eu\/\">Europeana<\/a> in partnership with organisations from around the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout October, GIF-\u00admakers and cultural heritage fans are invited to create new GIFs from open access digital collections.
